De La Salle Volunteers
Alisha Chowdhry, 8th grade, has been volunteering at Thundermist Health Center, serving breakfast to the homeless. She also assisted in obtaining sleeping bags for the homeless being released from the Shelter. An employee of Thundermist had this to say about Alisha, “Alisha was able to identify the need and provide these patients with kindness and a hot meal. Her caring nature and personality allow her to work well with others in a team setting.”
