La Salle  is alive this summer with camps, clinics, and learning opportunities across a wide spectrum of interests.  

Whether it's one of our sports camps led by La Salle Academy head coaches, a theater camp put on by our award winning theater staff or one of  our unique academic offerings. La Salle's campus will be the place to be this Summer.

Athletics

    Our summer camp is open for all players from beginners through advanced! Full pads, equipment and sticks are required. 

    Throughout the camp players will be learning proper shooting form, running through stick work and footwork drills, gaining valuable positional work and improving their overall lacrosse IQ from high level coaches.  In addition it will help each player improve their coordination, speed and power through footwork, hurdles,sprints, and agility drills. 

    All campers will receive an RIBD pinnie.

    The Stingrays soccer camps are directed by Mario Pereira. Coach Pereira continues to provide the soccer community with the highest level of training. Each year the curriculum is modified to introduce new tactics and techniques necessary to enjoy the game today. The goal of the Stingrayscamp is to unleash the creativity in each player while building self- esteem and confidence. Thecamper/ instructor ratio is 1:12 and this ensures individual attention. The players from the RhodeIsland Stingrays will be the instructors at the camp.This provides ideal role models for all young players to identify with. Meet and work with the top soccer players in New England, the RhodeIsland Stingrays.

  • Baseball

    The La Salle Academy Baseball camp provides an exciting opportunity to improve your baseball skills . You will receive coaching on the fundamentals of the game, including hitting, pitching and infield/ outfield defense. We will also take time to look at the importance of leadership, baseball IQ, and more!!!  All of this will be featured in a fun, yet competitive environment at our state of the art baseball facility led by La Salle Academy Varsity head coach Tom Pacia. Campers should have some prior experience playing baseball.

    Mike McParlin Basketball Camp will be held this summer during two great weeks!! June 23rd-27th and August 4th- August 8th from 9am- 2pm for anyone in Grades 4-12 held at La Salle Academy in Providence. Come join the 2025 undefeated 25-0 RI State Champions coaches and players for a great 2 weeks of camp! Doors will open every morning at 8:30am.

    Cost of camp is $225 per week and checks can be made out to Hive Athletics LLC.

  • Girls Basketball

    The La Salle Academy Girls Basketball Clinic is for players entering grades 5-11 who want to improve their basketball skills in a fun, and positive environment. La Salle Girls Head Coach Frank Kiser will emphasize  skill development, offensive and defensive concepts and team building. Each day will include “Chalk Talk”, competition and games. Coach Kiser is joined by members  of the La Salle Girls’ Basketball team as counselors for the clinic. Coach Kiser and his staff will teach the game of basketball in a positive way where players will learn the skills to make them a more well rounded player and person.

  • Theater Camp - Jungle Book JR.

    Let’s put on a musical! La Salle Theatre camp is a wonderful place for students to explore the world of the performing arts and build a strong foundation in musical theatre. Campers will gain confidence and learn about collaboration as they sing, dance and act their way through the process of producing Disney’s The Jungle Book Jr. In addition to performance skills, our campers will learn about lights, sound, costume and scenic design as they are guided through the production process by experienced Arts Educators. The session will culminate with a live performance for family and friends in the Brother Michael McKenery Arts Center! 
    *Campers are required to bring their own lunch, snacks, and drinks for the day.
