Apply Today
To apply you will need to create a Blackbaud Account and submit your application online. Please remember your username (email) and password as you will access this portal many times through the admissions process. If you have any issues creating this account please contact our office.

Application Records Request Form
As part of your application we will request you to upload the students most recent report card, final report card from last year, and a current record of standardized test scores. If you need to request these documents from your current school office, please download the transcript release document below.

Freshmen Parent Orientation - May 14
Join us Wednesday, May 14 at 6PM for the Freshmen Parent Orientation. Topics will include uniforms, textbooks, transportation, co-curricular activities and summer programs. We will send out more details as the date approaches with a full agenda and instructions for arrival. -
Freshmen Math Placement
We are currently placing all incoming 9th graders into their math courses for the upcoming school year. Our placement process includes a review of transcripts, entrance exam results, and standardized test scores. In addition, we rely heavily on the recommendation of each student's 8th grade math teacher.
We ask that you forward the following link to your child’s current math teacher and kindly request that they complete the form by Friday, April 18, 2025:La Salle Math Placement Form 2025

Freshmen World Language Placement
For students with advanced skills in Spanish, French, or Italian, we offer a placement exam that may qualify them for sophomore-level courses. This exam is intended for students who meet one or more of the following criteria:
Completion of at least one full academic year of language instruction (meeting daily for 50+ minutes)- Native speakers of Spanish, French, or Italian
- Students who do not meet these criteria are not expected to take this test and will be enrolled in our freshman language courses, which provide a strong foundation for future success.

La Salle Academy is a high school rich in history and grounded in the person and teachings of Jesus and the Catholic faith, which are core to the school's life and culture. The De La Salle Middle School provides a strong holistic foundation for students to transition into high school. The high school and middle school provide students of diverse ethnic, economic, and religious backgrounds, a community to foster growth in the tradition of St. John Baptist de La Salle’s ideals of faith, service, and community.
