ROUND 1- Superman comes out strong, mercilessly beating the old man (with shoes). Santa falls to the floor. As Superman delivers a final blow, Santa comes in with a surprise left hook and is back in the game. SANTA 1 SUPERMAN 0

ROUND 2- The battle is taken to the sky, with Superman flying and Santa in his sleigh. Superman delivers a punch but is mauled by reindeer. In his pain he tears down sleigh. TIED 1

ROUND 3- Superman pushes Santa into the snow, Santa is temporarily down. SUPERMAN 2 SANTA 1

ROUND 4- Santa ties it up with his elf posse. TIED AT TWO

ROUND 5- Dramatic comeback for Santa, delivering the final blow after weakening Superman with kryptonite. SANTA WINS 3-2!!!!!!!!!
